A: If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Shoes must be completely unworn and in the state you received them in.

A: Your shoes will be built by on-site cobblers and will ship within 24 hours. Time to ship will vary depending on destination and method of shipment.
